Societal Challenges calls closing today

Two Societal Challenges calls – Personalising Health and Care and Health Co-ordination Activities – are closing today (24 February) at 17:00 CET.

Health Co-ordination Activities has a budget of €29m and has been open since 30 July 2014. It features topics such as ‘Global Alliance for Chronic Diseases. Prevention and treatment of lung diseases’, ‘ERA-NET: Collaboration and alignment of national programmes and activities in the area of brain-related diseases and disorders of the nervous system’, ‘ERA-NET: Antimicrobial resistance’, ‘ERA-NET: Cardiovascular disease’ and ‘Towards sustainability and globalisation of the Joint Programming Initiative on Neurodegenerative Diseases’.

Personalising Health and Care has also been open since 30 July 2014, with a budget of €88m. Topics include ‘Vaccine development for poverty-related and neglected infectious diseases: HIV/AIDS’, ‘Clinical research on regenerative medicine’ and ‘New approaches to improve predictive human safety testing’.
