Ghana benefit from H2020 workshop and NCP training
The info and National Contact Point (NCP) training day will help increase the awareness as well as encourage greater participation in Horizon 2020 from Ghanaian and African scientists, researchers and innovators, as well as the wider continent. The event will also increase the capacity and facilitate the nomination of NCPs, as well as provide training for NCPs located in western and central Africa will also be provided.
The workshop will take place over two days on 28-29 May 2015 and is organised by FP7 project CAAST-Net Plus, which encourages ‘bi-regional co-operation in research and innovation’ between Europe and sub-Saharan Africa and INCONTACT. Hosting the event is Science and Technology Policy Research Institute of the Centre for Scientific and Industrial Research, a partner of CAAST-Net Plus.
