SESAR to attend China’s ATC Global
The SESAR Joint Undertaking (SJU) will represent the SESAR research and innovation programme at the ATC Global 2014 conference in Beijing, China, in September.
The SJU will take part in the official ATC Global conference programme, host a stand and organise a workshop that will focus on just some of SESAR’s solutions. The workshop will feature three of SESAR’s solutions: initial 4D trajectory management, System Wide Information Management (SWIM) and Remote Tower Services. The event will demonstrate how the solutions are being implemented, their impact on day-to-day operations and the future technologies being developed in air traffic management.
Delegates will also be able to discuss with SESAR and its members new operational procedures, such as surface ground management, and discover the latest SESAR developments. There will also be a SWIM jumpstart demo.
The conference will take place between 17-19 September at the CNCC, Beijing. It is expected that over 5,500 delegates will attend from 116 countries.
