Opportunities for Cork companies under Horizon 2020

Dr Sean McCarthy, managing director of Irish company Hyperion Ltd, is set to deliver a workshop on EU funding opportunities for companies wanting to engage in new research and innovation under Horizon 2020.

The event is being held on 1 May in Cork, Ireland. It will feature an opening address by Professor Anita Maguire, vice-president for research and innovation at University College Cork.

The workshop will provide attendees with an overview of the programme, describing how companies can participate in Horizon 2020. Ireland is attempting to secure €1.25bn in funding from the programme.

Networking opportunities will also be provided.
