Start-ups can apply for Climate-KIC Germany’s Acceleration Programme

Climate-KIC Germany has called on climate innovation start-ups to apply for their 2014 Acceleration Programme by 19 February 2014. Climate-KIC funds select start-ups with up to €95,000, and helps them transform their climate innovations into sustainable business models and marketable products or services.

In addition to financial support, start-ups are allocated office space in Climate-KIC’s Berlin-based incubator, the Green Garage. The companies will also gain access to the exclusive European and international Climate-KIC community, which includes investors, potential clients, experts, mentors and other start-ups.

Climate-KIC’s start-up entrepreneurs receive extensive coaching to develop their business professionally, and learn from peers and experienced companies in seminars and field trips.

Start-ups can apply for the programme until 19 February 2014, a selection round with live pitches will be held on 28 February 2014. Application forms can be requested here.

Climate-KIC Germany’s Acceleration Programme is set to kick-off on 1 April 2014.
