Irish bioeconomy event announced
InterTradeIreland have revealed details of a major conference on Horizon 2020.
The one-day conference in Dublin will cover key aspects of the EU research and innovation framework programme relating to the second societal challenge, namely food security; sustainable agriculture and forestry; marine, maritime and inland water research; and the bioeconomy.
The event includes an overview of north-south collaboration, a review of participation in 2014, and individual discussions on agriculture, food, marine and rural environment research. Representatives from InterTradeIreland, the National Contact Point Network in Ireland and the Northern Ireland Horizon 2020 Contact Point Network will also be in attendance.
