Applications to French Climate-KIC Accelerator now open

Climate-KIC France has called on climate innovation start-ups to apply for their 2014 Accelerator Programme by 5 September 2014.

The Accelerator Programme is a three-phase cycle where participants will be assisted in accelerating development and transforming climate innovations into sustainable business models and marketable products or services. Up to €90,000 is available to address identified challenges.

Only candidates for the first stage of the Accelerator Programme can submit applications.

The selection process will begin Thursday 18 September 2014 in Paris, where applicants will present their start-ups in front of five jury members.

Start-ups will be evaluated on: climate relevance; market value innovations; strategy, business model, market attractiveness; business plan and financing; and team and organisation.
