Climate-KIC Birmingham partner launches socioeconomic study
Climate-KIC’s partner in Birmingham, UK, has launched a new call for tenders for its study on the future development of the KIC’s socioeconomic impact framework.
The call has been announced by Innovation Birmingham Campus and will evaluate and propose key elements of a socioeconomic impact framework for Climate-KIC. The subsequent study will produce an analysis of existing international best practices and recommend how these could be included in the development of Climate-KIC’s framework.
The Knowledge and Innovation Community is inviting experienced individuals and organisations to submit formal proposals. The study is part of the development of a long term Climate-KIC strategy up to 2030. The strategy will consider target and strategy-setting principles and processes, with a particular focus on climate and socioeconomic and strategic options for implementation.
Climate-KIC has six co-location centres across Europe, located in Denmark, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. More information on the call can be found here.
