Climate-KIC to host Innovation Festival in Spain

Climate-KIC has announced that Valencia will be the destination for its Innovation Festival 2014. The three-day event will bring together Climate-KIC partners, students, entrepreneurs, European policy makers and business market leaders to discuss climate change products and services.

The conference will aim to encourage co-operation and networking within and beyond the Climate-KIC community and the Climate-KIC’s efforts in developing and commercialising innovative climate change ideas.

Several key topics will be the focus for the conference, including ‘strategic relationships’ ‘demonstrating value’, ‘ideas with impact’ and ‘appropriate expansion’. The speaker line is expected to include leading figures from the climate innovation community, the European Commission, national governments and the third sector. Inspirational speakers are also anticipated to attend.
