Lithuania launches humanities consultation
The 2013 Lithuanian Presidency has launched a consultation on the humanities and social sciences sector.
The survey will ask social scientists a series of five questions, covering the research field, dissemination of information, collaboration, Horizon 2020 and the obstacles facing researchers. A conference detailing the final results of the survey will be presented at the ‘Horizons for Social Sciences and Humanities’ conference in Vilnius during September.
Lithuania will take over the rotating Presidency of the Council of the European Union on 1 July, the first time it has held the Presidency since becoming a member state in 2007.
The deadline for the survey is 15 June 2013; the questions in full can be viewed here.
