Poland hosts latest EIT awareness day

KIC InnoEnergy Poland has hosted the latest day outlining the future developments of the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT).

The one day conference was held at the Knowledge and Innovation Community s (KIC) Polish co-location centre in Krakow and included a speech from José Manuel Leceta, Director of the EIT, and Daria Gołębiowska-Tataj, an EIT governing board member.

Particular highlights included the role of universities in the KICs and increasing co-operation in a triple helix model (government, universities and business).
