The UK’s University of Nottingham has said it will hold a special event on Horizon 2020, focusing on the ‘Europe in a Changing World’ Societal Challenge.

The  event will be led by the dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences, Professor Paul Heywood, and include contributions from Ben Sharman, Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC) National Contact Point (NCP) for Societal Challenge 6; Manija Kamal, ESRC NCP for interdisciplinary areas of opportunity within other challenges of H2020; and Martin Pickard, the University’s European funding bid writer.
